Use Case: Register customer account and account administrator at ILS

Goal: Customer has an account at ILS and an employee of the customer is registered as the administrator of the account and as a ILS user.

pre-condition: none

Main Success Scenario:
1:  insite adds an account with the customer's name and the e-mail  
    address of the customer's designated account administrator.
2:  insite supplies a link via e-mail to the account administrator 
    ("Ils invitation").
3:  Designated account administrator clicks link in received 
    invitation e-mail which opens a browser window with the 
    "register page" of the ILSServer's WebGUI.
4:  Designated account administrator fills in mandatory data, 
    a password and a password confirmation and clicks button "Register".
5:  System verifies validity of password according to the password 
    policy and authorizes access.
6:  Account administrator is now a registered ILS user and a 
    member of the customer's account.

Extensions:
4a: Designated account administrator is already an ILS user.
    .1: Designated account administrator clicks link in received 
        invitation e-mail which opens a browser window with login 
        page of the ILSServer's WebGUI.
    .2: Designated account administrator logs in.
    .3: Account administrator is now a member of the customer's 
        account.

6a: System detects invalidity of password and displays password 
    policy.
    .1: Designated account administrator fills in new password and 
        password confirmation according to the displayed 
        password policy. Returns to step 6 of MSS.
