Use Case: Run a licensed insite product

Goal: Customer's devices run licensed insite product.

pre-condition: none

Main Success Scenario (MSS):
1:  Customer orders licenses for a insite product.  
2:  insite adds an account for the customer at ILSServer.  
3:  insite adds licenses for the product to the customer's ILS account.
4:  Customer downloads the device settings file.    
5:  Customer downloads and installs ILSService and IlsDesktop on the 
    device where the product will run.   
6:  Customer adds devices on which the product will run to his ILS 
    account.   
7:  Customer assigns the licenses to the devices.

Extensions:   
2a: Customer already has an account at ILS and an account administrator.   
    .1: Returns to step 3 of MSS.
4a: Customer already has downloaded the device settings file.
    .1: Returns to step 5 of MSS.
5a: Device already runs ILSService and IlsDesktop.
    .1: Returns to step 6 of MSS.
6a: Devices were already added to the customer's ILS acount.
    .1: Returns to step 7 of MSS.
